Kyle Reinert

Kyle is a passionate advocate for immigrant communities and a strategic leader in immigration law and legal operations. Over the past decade, he has helped clients across the country navigate complex legal systems—from immigration and civil rights litigation to regulatory compliance and trial advocacy.
Kyle has led high-performing legal teams in the U.S. and abroad, managing hundreds of staff and tens of thousands of immigration cases. He has successfully directed major litigation and legal operations for nonprofit organizations, law firms, and multimillion-dollar immigration practices. With deep experience in VAWA, asylum, naturalization, and removal defense, Kyle is committed to helping clients find safety, stability, and justice.
Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, Kyle brings both legal expertise and cultural fluency to his work. He holds degrees from Cornell Law School and New Mexico State University, where he focused on data-driven legal strategy and analytics. When he’s not in the courtroom or behind the scenes, you can find him going on adventures with his wife and their dog, a Labrador Retriever named Canutillo.

She has assisted clients from a diverse range of countries including Mexico, Honduras, Guatemala, Colombia, El Salvador, Haiti, Venezuela, China, Ghana, the Philippines, and more. In her spare time she enjoys reading and climbing mountains with her husband Kyle and their dog.
