Frequently Asked Questions
What services does the firm provide?
Nearly all services are covered by our attorneys here at Guerrero law. We can represent you in immigration cases from your work permit, to your green card, to your naturalization ceremony to obtain citizenship. A consultation with one of our attorneys can help identify what you qualify for and your best path since every case is different.
Does your firm provide deportation defense services?
Yes, we do. Contact our office to see if we can represent you in your deportation defense matter.
Can I sponsor a family member for a green card?
If it’s close family, you can! You can sponsor your children, spouse, or parents. You can also sponsor your siblings, but it typically takes longer to sponsor a sibling than ‘immediate relatives’ like children, spouse, and parents.
How do I get a work permit?
It depends on your specific situation – a work permit is usually only available based on an approved or pending immigration application. The best way to determine if you qualify for a work permit is to talk an experienced immigration attorney.
